Order Processing:

  • All orders ships from NY, USA
  • We ship Monday to Saturday except for holidays or extreme weather conditions.
  • Once your order is placed, we aim to process it as quickly as possible . If you have special shipping request. Please contact us through Instagram(for fastest response) or email.
  • Current process time is available on website banner. Custom Orders takes additional handling time of 5-10 business days in addition to the current times.

Shipping Options

Domestic US Shipping

  • All US customer will enjoy free USPS shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 will have a standard shipping fee of $5 for all states. Orders usually arrived in 1-5 business days once shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping services through USPS International Services. Please review the following information regarding international shipping:

  1. Shipping Fees:

    • Shipping fees are calculated automatically by our system based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
    • If there is an overcharge in the shipping fee, we will refund the difference to you.
  2. Customs and Import Duties:

    • All additional taxes, customs duties, and import fees levied by your local government are your responsibility as the recipient.
    • Please be aware that these charges are not included in the shipping fee and may vary by country. Check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

Delivery Confirmation:
  • Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please use this information to track your package and stay updated on its estimated delivery date.
  • Delivery tracking may be updated in 1-3 business days once shipped .

Responsibility for Delivered Packages: 

  • We are not responsible for missing packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Once the carrier confirms delivery, the responsibility for the package shifts to you.
  • Please ensure you provide an accurate and secure delivery address to avoid any delivery issues.

Claims for Missing Packages:

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend taking the following steps:
  1. Check with your neighbors or building management to see if the package was received on your behalf.

  2. Verify the delivery address provided during checkout.

  3. Contact the carrier directly to report the issue and initiate an investigation.

Insurance and Signature Requirements:

  • Orders over $150 will automatically upgraded with signature required delivery service.
  • If you prefer additional insurance for your shipment, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final. We do NOT except any exchange and returns.
  • Inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately for missing or damaged products within 168 hours (7 days) of the "delivered" shipping status.
  • Provide a brief description of the issue and include pictures if possible.
  • our team will respond within 2 business days of inquiry.

Order Cancellation Policy 

  • Mistake Happens. Please contact customer service  for order or item cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
